The Traulsen UPT7212-LL-SB is a compact refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. This two-section unit features a roll-top lid that doubles as an overshelf, providing easy access and maximizing workspace. With a 72" width, it holds up to twelve 1/6 pans (4" deep, included) and can accommodate pans up to 6" deep. The exterior is constructed from durable stainless steel, including the top, sides, and doors, while the back is also stainless steel for added longevity. The interior is made of anodized aluminum, and the galvanized bottom ensures durability. This unit is equipped with rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration using R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, powered by a 1/4 HP compressor. Mobility is enhanced with six 4" casters, making it easy to reposition. The unit is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
