The Traulsen UST4812-RR-SB is a compact refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. This two-section unit measures 48" wide and features a low-profile flat lid for easy access. It holds (12) 1/6 pans that are 4" deep, with the capability to accommodate pans up to 6" deep. The full-length white reversible cutting board provides ample workspace, while the (2) stainless steel doors, both hinged on the right, ensure durability and easy operation. Constructed with a stainless steel top, sides, and back, along with a galvanized bottom, this unit is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen. The anodized aluminum interior includes (4) adjustable shelves for optimal organization. The rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system utilizes R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant for efficient cooling. It is powered by a 1/4 HP compressor and is equipped with (4) 4" casters for mobility. The unit is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
