The Traulsen UST488-LR-SB is a compact refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. This two-section unit measures 48" wide and features a low-profile flat lid for easy access. It holds (8) 1/6 pans that are 4" deep (included) and can accommodate pans up to 6" deep. The full-length white reversible cutting board provides ample workspace, while the (2) stainless steel doors, hinged on the left and right, ensure durability and easy operation. Constructed with a stainless steel top, sides, and back, along with a galvanized bottom, this unit is built to last. The anodized aluminum interior includes (4) adjustable shelves for optimal organization. It features rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration using R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and operates with a 1/4 HP compressor. The unit is equipped with (4) 4" casters for mobility and is certified cETLus and ETL-Sanitation for safety and sanitation standards.
