The Traulsen UST6024-DD is a compact refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. This two-section unit measures 60" wide and features a low-profile flat cover for easy access. It includes four drawers, with the top drawers accommodating nine 1/6 pans and the bottom drawers holding six 1/6 pans each (pans not included). The top rail is designed to hold up to 24 1/6 pans, 4" deep, and can also accommodate pans up to 6" deep.
Constructed with a stainless steel exterior for durability, the unit features anodized aluminum interiors and a galvanized exterior back and bottom. The full-length reversible cutting board provides ample workspace, while the rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system utilizes R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant for efficient cooling. The unit is equipped with four 4" casters for easy mobility and has a 1/4 HP compressor. It meets cETLus and ETL-Sanitation standards, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation regulations.
