The Traulsen UST7224-LL-SB is a compact refrigerated counter designed for efficient sandwich and salad preparation. This two-section unit measures 72" wide and features a low-profile flat cover for easy access. It holds up to 24 (1/6) pans that are 4" deep, with the capability to accommodate pans up to 6" deep. The exterior is constructed from durable stainless steel, including the top, sides, and doors, while the back is also stainless steel for added strength. The interior is made of anodized aluminum, and the galvanized bottom ensures longevity. This unit is equipped with rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration using R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, providing efficient cooling. It operates with a 1/4 HP compressor and is supported by (6) 4" casters for easy mobility. The unit is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
