The Traulsen UST7230-DD is a versatile refrigerated counter designed for efficient sandwich and salad preparation. This two-section unit measures 72" wide and features a low-profile flat cover for easy access. It includes a top rail that accommodates up to 30 (1/6) pans, 4" deep, and four drawers that hold eight (1/6) pans each, with the flexibility to fit pans up to 6" deep. The full-length reversible cutting board provides ample workspace, while the stainless steel exterior ensures durability and easy cleaning. The anodized aluminum interior and galvanized exterior back and bottom enhance longevity. Equipped with rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration using R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, this unit operates efficiently with a 1/4 HP compressor.
