The True TPP-AT-60D-2-HC~SPEC3 Refrigerated Counter Pizza Prep Table is designed for efficiency and durability in busy kitchens. This SPEC SERIES® model features a stainless steel cover and a pan rail that maintains temperatures between 33°F and 41°F, ensuring your ingredients stay fresh. The 19-1/2" deep cutting board provides ample workspace for food preparation. It includes one full door with locks and two drawers with locks for secure storage, accommodating two 12" x 20" x 8"D pans (not included). The unit comes with two PVC-coated adjustable wire shelves and eight 1/3 size clear polycarbonate insert pans for easy organization of toppings. Constructed with a stainless steel front, sides, and back, along with a stainless steel liner and floor featuring coved corners, this prep table is built for easy cleaning and longevity. The front-breathing design allows for versatile placement in your kitchen. Powered by R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/4 HP compressor, it operates efficiently at 115v/60/1-ph with a 3.9 amp draw.
