Description

The True TSSU-36-08-HC Refrigerated Counter is designed for efficiency and durability in commercial kitchens. This sandwich and salad unit features eight 1/6 size (4"D) poly pans, providing ample space for ingredient storage. The stainless steel insulated cover ensures optimal temperature retention, while the 11-3/4"D cutting board offers a convenient prep area. Equipped with two full doors, this unit allows easy access to ingredients, and four PVC-coated adjustable wire shelves provide customizable storage options. The stainless steel top, front, and sides, along with a GalFan coated steel back and aluminum interior with a stainless steel floor, ensure long-lasting performance and easy cleaning. Powered by R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/4 HP compressor, this unit operates efficiently at 115v/60/1-ph with a 4.5 amp draw.
