The True TSSU-60-10-HC~SPEC3 is a high-performance refrigerated sandwich and salad unit designed for efficiency and durability. This unit features a SPEC SERIES® design with a stainless steel insulated cover and an 11-3/4"D cutting board for convenient food preparation. It accommodates up to ten 1/6 size (4"D) poly pans, ensuring ample storage for ingredients. Equipped with two full doors that include locks for security, the unit also offers four gray PVC coated adjustable wire shelves for customizable organization. The digital temperature control and display allow for precise monitoring of internal conditions, while the stainless steel front, sides, and back provide a sleek, professional appearance and easy maintenance. The interior features a stainless steel liner and floor with coved corners for enhanced sanitation. Utilizing R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, this unit operates efficiently with a 1/3 HP compressor, drawing 6.5 amps at 115v/60/1-ph.
