Description

The True TSSU-72-08-HC~SPEC3 is a high-performance refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. This unit features eight 1/6 size (4"D) poly pans, providing ample space for ingredient storage. The SPEC Package 3 includes a stainless steel insulated cover and an 11-3/4"D cutting board for efficient food prep. Equipped with three full doors that include locks for security, the unit also offers six gray PVC coated adjustable wire shelves for customizable storage. The digital temperature control and display ensure precise temperature management. Constructed with a stainless steel front, sides, and back, along with a stainless steel interior liner and floor featuring coved corners, this unit is built for durability and easy cleaning. Utilizing R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, the True TSSU-72-08-HC~SPEC3 operates with a 1/2 HP compressor, requiring 115v/60/1-ph power and drawing 7.2 amps.
