The True TSSU-72-10-HC Refrigerated Counter is designed for efficiency and durability in commercial kitchens. This sandwich and salad unit features ten 1/6 size (4"D) poly pans, allowing for ample ingredient storage. The stainless steel insulated cover ensures optimal temperature retention, while the 11-3/4"D cutting board provides a convenient prep area. Equipped with three full doors, this unit offers easy access to ingredients, and six PVC coated adjustable wire shelves maximize storage flexibility. The stainless steel top, front, and sides deliver a sleek, professional appearance, complemented by a GalFan coated steel back for enhanced durability. The aluminum interior with a stainless steel floor ensures easy cleaning and maintenance. Powered by R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, the unit operates efficiently with a 1/2 HP compressor.
