The True TSSU-72-12-HC~SPEC3 is a high-performance refrigerated sandwich and salad unit designed for efficiency and durability. This unit features a SPEC SERIES® design with a stainless steel insulated cover and includes (12) 1/6 size (4"D) poly pans for optimal food storage. The 11-3/4"D cutting board provides ample workspace for food preparation. Equipped with three full doors that include locks for security, the unit also offers six gray PVC coated adjustable wire shelves for customizable storage options. The digital temperature control and display ensure precise temperature management, while the stainless steel front, sides, and back, along with a stainless steel interior liner and floor with coved corners, provide easy cleaning and maintenance. Powered by R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/2 HP compressor, this unit operates efficiently at 115v/60/1-ph with a current draw of 7.2 amps. It is NEMA 5-15P compliant and meets cULus and UL EPH classification standards.
