It features a spacious layout with (12) 1/6 size poly pans, each 4 inches deep, allowing for efficient ingredient organization. Constructed with a stainless steel top, front, and sides, it ensures durability and easy cleaning, while the GalFan coated steel back adds extra protection. The aluminum interior with a stainless steel floor enhances hygiene and longevity. Utilizing R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, this unit is environmentally friendly and energy-efficient.
