It features a temperature range from -40°F to 50°F, ensuring optimal food preservation. The multi-core probe with four reading points enhances temperature accuracy.
Designed for convenience, it operates on 115v/60/1-ph with 11.0 running amps and includes a UV sterilizer for added hygiene. The unit offers multiple cycles: soft chill, soft freeze, hard freeze, thawing, holding, and end of cycle hold mode, along with an autodefrost feature. The removable door gasket and interior side racks facilitate easy maintenance and organization.
The self-closing door has a 105° stop for easy access, while the epoxy-coated and sealed evaporator ensures durability. The unit is equipped with (4) casters, including 2 locking, for mobility.
