It accommodates up to ten 18" x 26" full-size sheet pans or twenty hotel-size pans, making it ideal for high-volume kitchens. Featuring MIND.Maps™ technology, this oven allows for programmable menus and precise cooking control. The 2-11/16" shelf spacing maximizes cooking capacity, while the glass door and left-to-right door opening provide easy access and visibility. Constructed with durable stainless steel both inside and out, it ensures longevity and easy maintenance. The oven is equipped with WIFI and USB connectivity for efficient data transfer to HACCP software. With a powerful 29kW output and 70 amps, it meets cMETus and NSF standards and is ENERGY STAR® certified. A water line for connection to a ¾” mpt water source within three feet is included, along with standard rack slides for sheet pans.
