The Unox XAVL-2021-GPLS is a high-performance gas combi oven designed for professional kitchens. This floor model features a spacious capacity, accommodating up to 20 full-size 18" x 26" sheet pans or 40 hotel-size pans. The innovative MIND.Maps™ Plus technology allows for easy programming and menu management, enhancing cooking efficiency.
Equipped with a glass door and a left-to-right door opening, this oven provides excellent visibility and accessibility. The 3-5/16" shelf spacing allows for versatile cooking options. The included XEVTL-2021 trolley is designed to hold 40 full hotel-size pans, with adapter grids (GRP521) available for converting to accommodate 20 full-size sheet pans.
Constructed from marine-grade stainless steel, both the interior and exterior ensure durability and easy cleaning. With a power output of 2.6kW and a gas consumption of 307,093 BTU, this oven is both powerful and energy-efficient, meeting NSF, cETLus, and ENERGY STAR® standards. Please note that gas lines are not included and must be purchased separately.
