The Unox XAVL-2021-HPLS is a versatile electric combi oven designed for professional kitchens. This floor model features a spacious capacity, accommodating up to (20) 18" x 26" full-size sheet pans or (40) hotel-size pans. Equipped with MIND.Maps™ technology, it allows for programmable menus and precise cooking control. The oven includes 3-5/16" shelf spacing for flexible cooking options and a glass door for easy monitoring. The left-to-right door opening enhances accessibility. Constructed from marine-grade stainless steel, both the interior and exterior ensure durability and easy cleaning. The unit is NSF and cMETus certified, and it comes with a water line for easy connection to a ¾” MPT water source within three feet. The included XEVTL-2021 trolley holds (40) full hotel-size pans, with adapter grids (GRP521) available for converting to accommodate (20) full-size sheet pans.
