It features a spacious floor model with a capacity for (20) 18" x 26" full-size sheet pans or (40) hotel-size pans, making it ideal for large-scale food preparation.
Equipped with advanced MIND.Maps™ technology, this oven allows for programmable menu settings, ensuring consistent cooking outcomes. The 3-5/16" shelf spacing accommodates various cooking needs, while the glass door provides visibility into the cooking process. The left-to-right door opening enhances accessibility.
Constructed from marine-grade stainless steel, both the interior and exterior are built for durability and easy cleaning. The oven operates at 2.6kW with a power supply of 208-240V/60/1-ph and delivers an impressive 307,093 BTU. It meets NSF and cETLus standards and is ENERGY STAR® certified for energy efficiency. The included XEVTL-2021 trolley holds (40) full hotel-size pans, with adapter grids (GRP521) available separately for accommodating (20) 18" x 26" full-size sheet pans.
