The Unox XAVL-2021-NPRS is a high-performance gas combi oven designed for professional kitchens. This floor model features a spacious capacity, accommodating up to (20) 18" x 26" full-size sheet pans or (40) hotel-size pans. Equipped with MIND.Maps™ Plus technology, it offers programmable menu options for precise cooking control. The oven includes 3-5/16" shelf spacing and a glass door with a right-to-left opening for easy access. The included XEVTL-2021 trolley holds (40) full hotel-size pans, with adapter grids (GRP521) available for converting to full-size sheet pans. Constructed from marine-grade stainless steel, both the interior and exterior ensure durability and easy cleaning. With a power output of 2.6kW and a capacity of 307,093 BTU, this oven operates on a 208-240V/60/1-ph electrical system. It is NSF and cETLus certified and meets ENERGY STAR® standards for energy efficiency. Please note that gas lines are not included and must be purchased separately.
