The exterior is constructed from durable stainless steel, while the interior is made of aluminum, providing both strength and easy cleaning. The standard depth cabinet fits seamlessly into various kitchen layouts. The TOUCH POINT™ electronic temperature control and indicator allow for precise monitoring, while LED lighting enhances visibility inside the unit. Advanced expansion valve technology ensures optimal performance, and Santoprene door gaskets provide a tight seal for energy efficiency.
