The Victory Refrigeration VSPD48HC-12-4 is a high-performance refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. This UltraSpec™ Series unit features a two-section design with a 48"W width and a generous 13.0 cubic feet capacity. It includes four drawers, with the upper drawer accommodating two 4" deep pans and the lower drawer designed for two 6" deep pans (pans not included).
The stainless steel top is equipped with an opening for twelve 1/6 size pans, complemented by a 10" cutting board made from durable white polyethylene plastic. The unit also features locking divider bars and a hinged, insulated flat lift-up lid for easy access. Full electronic controls ensure precise temperature management, while the stainless steel front and sides, along with an aluminum interior, provide durability and easy cleaning.
