This UltraSpec™ Series unit features a three-section design with a generous 72" width and a 20.0 cubic feet capacity, ensuring ample space for your ingredients. It includes one self-closing door and two epoxy-coated shelves for organized storage.
The unit is equipped with four drawers: the upper drawer accommodates two 4" deep pans, while the lower drawer fits two 6" deep pans (pans not included). The stainless steel top includes an opening for 18 1/6 size pans, complemented by a 10" cutting board made from durable white polyethylene plastic.
Additional features include locking divider bars, a hinged insulated flat lift-up lid, and full electronic control for precise temperature management.
