The Vollrath 3640071HD Hot Food Well Unit is a high-performance drop-in electric unit designed for efficient food service. It features two insulated wells, each measuring 12" x 20", constructed from durable 20 gauge/316 marine grade stainless steel. The overall dimensions are 28-1/4"W x 26"D x 21-1/2"H, making it suitable for wet operation only.
This unit is equipped with individual thermostatic controls for precise temperature management, conveniently mounted in the panel alongside a power indicator light. The drip-free flange ensures a clean presentation, while the 1" copper manifold drain includes individual well shutoffs and a manifold shutoff for easy maintenance.
The top is made from 18 gauge stainless steel, and the exterior housing is also stainless steel, ensuring durability and ease of cleaning. Positioning clips are included for secure installation. With a power output of 2000 watts and compatibility with 208-240v/60/1-ph electrical systems, it operates at 7.2-8.3 amps and comes with a cord featuring a NEMA 6-15P plug.
