It features three individual 12" x 20" insulated wells made from 20 gauge 316 marine grade stainless steel, ensuring durability and excellent heat retention. The overall dimensions are 41-1/2"W x 26"D x 21-1/2"H, making it suitable for wet operation only.
Each well is equipped with individual infinite controls mounted in a convenient panel, allowing precise temperature management. A power indicator light provides clear visibility of the unit's operational status. The drip-free flange design minimizes mess, while the 1" copper manifold drain includes individual well shutoffs and a manifold shutoff for easy maintenance.
Constructed with an 18 gauge stainless steel top and a robust stainless steel exterior housing, this unit is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen.
