The Vollrath 3647380HD Hot Food Well Unit is a high-performance drop-in electric unit designed for efficient food service. It features three individual 12" x 20" insulated wells made from 20 gauge 316 marine grade stainless steel, ensuring durability and resistance to corrosion. The overall dimensions are 41-1/2"W x 26"D x 21-1/2"H, making it suitable for various kitchen layouts.
This unit operates on a wet system and includes an auto-fill feature for convenience. Each well is equipped with individual thermostatic controls mounted in a panel, allowing precise temperature management. A power indicator light provides clear visibility of the unit's operational status. The drip-free flange design minimizes mess, while the 1" copper manifold drain with individual well shutoffs and a manifold shutoff enhances functionality.
Constructed with an 18 gauge stainless steel top and robust stainless steel housing, this hot food well unit is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen. It includes positioning clips for easy installation. With a power output of 1875 watts at 240v/60/1-ph and a current draw of 7.8 amps, it is efficient and reliable. The unit comes with a cord featuring a NEMA 6-15P plug. NSF and cULus certified, this product is proudly made in the USA.
