The Vollrath 37046 4-Series Signature Server® is a high-performance cold food serving counter designed for efficiency and durability. This stainless steel countertop features a self-contained refrigeration system, ensuring optimal food preservation. Measuring 46"W x 28"D x 34"H, it includes a Bloomington-style recessed well that displays pans 3" below the work surface for easy access and visibility. The unit accommodates 6" deep pans and is equipped with coils that surround the sidewalls for consistent cooling. Polyurethane foam insulation enhances energy efficiency, while standard well drains facilitate easy maintenance. The seamless display pan well opening measures 19-7/8" x 37-1/2" x 6-5/8" deep, providing ample space for food presentation. Powered by a 1/4 HP compressor with a 3.8 amp draw, this unit operates on a NEMA 5-15P plug and is compatible with 120v/60/1-ph electrical systems.
