Individual capillary tube thermostatic controls allow precise temperature management for each well, while cast-in dome heating elements ensure consistent heat distribution.
A low-water indicator light provides a visual cue for maintenance, and mechanical guards protect all controls for enhanced safety. The open base includes a durable stainless steel undershelf for additional storage. This unit comes with a 7-1/2" wide plate shelf and an 8" wide x 3/8" thick poly cutting board for added convenience.
