The Vollrath 38105 ServeWell® Hot Food Table is designed for efficient food service with five spacious wells, measuring 76"W x 32"D x 34"H. Each well features thermoset fiber-reinforced resin construction and brass drain valves for durability and easy maintenance. Individual capillary tube thermostatic controls allow precise temperature management for each well, while cast-in dome heating elements ensure consistent heat distribution. A low-water indicator light provides a visual cue for maintenance, and mechanical guards protect all controls for safety.
The open base includes a stainless steel undershelf for additional storage, and the unit comes equipped with a 7-1/2" wide plate shelf and an 8" wide x 3/8" thick poly cutting board for convenience. Constructed from stainless steel, the hot food table features adjustable legs for stability on uneven surfaces. It operates at 3500 watts and 29.2 amps, compatible with a 120v/60/1-ph power supply, and includes a 10' cord with NEMA 5-50P plug.
