Each well features thermoset fiber-reinforced resin construction and brass drain valves for durability and easy maintenance. Individual capillary tube thermostatic controls allow precise temperature management for each well, while cast-in dome heating elements ensure consistent heat distribution.
A low-water indicator light provides a visual cue for maintenance, and mechanical guards protect all controls for added safety. The open base includes a stainless steel undershelf for convenient storage, and the unit comes equipped with a 7-1/2" wide plate shelf and an 8" wide x 3/8" thick poly cutting board for added functionality.
Constructed from stainless steel, the hot food table features adjustable legs for stability on various surfaces.
