Vollrath 40813 Vacuum Sealer Bags measure 8" x 12" and feature a total thickness of 3.9 mil, making them ideal for use with out-of-chamber vacuum pack machines. These bags are specifically designed for Sous Vide cooking, ensuring optimal heat retention and food preservation. They can withstand a maximum cooking temperature of 158°F (70°C). Each pack contains 100 bags, providing ample supply for your food packaging needs. Please note that these bags are not suitable for use with liquids.
