The Vollrath 69718S-1-VCR Induction Hot Food Serving Counter features a V-Class Custom Downdraft Vent System, designed for optimal performance and safety. It includes a base and an 18" tall tempered curved breath guard, equipped with an integrated ANSUL R-102 Fire Suppression System. The downdraft recirculating vent is fitted with two grease filters and two carbon/particulate filters, ensuring effective air quality management.
This unit comes with one Mirage Drop-In Range (model 59501) and a rectangle countertop cutting board, which can be positioned in a non-induction location on either the left or right side. The stainless kickplates on the front, left, and right sides enhance durability and aesthetics. It is mounted on 5" casters with adjustable legs for easy mobility and stability.
The Vollrath 69718S-1-VCR is UL certified to UL710B, UL197, and UL-Sanitation, and NSF certified to NSF4. It meets EPA Method 202 requirements from Section 59 of UL710B and NFPA96, with emissions below 5.00 mg/m3 when using 30% fat ground beef.
