The Vollrath 8240214 Adapter Plate is designed for use with Miramar™ Template oval and half-oval decorative pans. Constructed from durable 12-gauge stainless steel, it is suitable for both hot and cold applications. This adapter plate accommodates one of either the 8230110 or 8230210 oval pans, along with one 8230620 oval pan. Its integral corner design ensures a secure fit in standard 12" x 20" hot/cold wells, warmers, and chafers. The plate is dishwasher safe for easy cleaning and is NSF certified.
