Featuring a stainless steel satin finish edge, this durable 12-gauge stainless steel plate accommodates one of either the 8230110 or 8230210 oval pans along with one 8230620 oval pan. It is suitable for both hot and cold applications and is dishwasher safe for easy cleaning. The integral corner design ensures a secure fit in standard 12" x 20" hot/cold wells, warmers, and chafers.
