The Vollrath 8240410 Adapter Plate features a Miramar™ Template designed to hold one oval and two half oval decorative pans in a striking night sky color. It accommodates one of either the 8230110 or 8230210 pans, along with two 8230620 pans. Constructed from durable, FDA-approved thermostat resin, this adapter plate is suitable for both hot and cold applications, with a heat resistance of up to 300°F (148.8°C). It is dishwasher safe for easy cleaning and features an integral rib design on the underside for added strength and secure placement in standard 12" x 20" hot/cold wells, warmers, and chafers.
