The Vollrath 8240420 Adapter Plate features a Miramar™ Template designed to hold one oval and two half oval decorative pans in a sleek white stone color. It accommodates one of the following pans: 8230110 or 8230210, along with two 8230620 pans. Constructed from durable, FDA-approved thermostat resin, this adapter plate is suitable for both hot and cold applications, with a heat resistance of up to 300°F (148.8°C). It is dishwasher safe for easy cleaning and features an integral rib design on the underside for added strength and stability when securing the template in a well.
