The Vollrath 8240520 Adapter Plate is designed for use with the Miramar™ Template, accommodating one rectangular (3/4 size) decorative pan in a stylish white stone color. This adapter plate is compatible with the 8231520 pan and is constructed from durable, FDA-approved thermostat resin, making it suitable for both hot and cold applications. It is heat resistant up to 300°F (148.8°C) and is dishwasher safe for easy cleaning. The underside features an integral rib design that enhances strength and secures the template in place within standard 12" x 20" hot/cold wells, warmers, and chafers.
