It accommodates the 8231220 pan and is constructed from durable, FDA-approved thermostat resin, making it suitable for both hot and cold applications. This adapter plate is heat resistant up to 300°F (148.8°C) and is dishwasher safe for easy cleaning. The underside features an integral rib design that enhances strength and secures the template within the well. It fits all standard 12" x 20" hot/cold wells, warmers, and chafers.
