The Vollrath 8241320 Adapter Plate is designed for use with half oval decorative pans, featuring a stylish white stone color. This Miramar™ Template accommodates four 8230620 pans and is constructed from durable, FDA-approved thermostat resin, making it suitable for both hot and cold applications. It is heat resistant up to 300°F (148.8°C) and is dishwasher safe for easy cleaning. The underside includes an integral rib design that enhances strength and secures the template in place within standard 12" x 20" hot/cold wells, warmers, and chafers.
