The Vollrath CBGHD-18 is a heavy-duty gas charbroiler designed for countertop use, measuring 18"W x 32-3/8"D x 16-3/8"H. It features a versatile radiant or lava rock setup, with the lava kit available separately. Equipped with three burners spaced every 6 inches, this charbroiler offers adjustable flame settings for precise cooking control. The reversible grill plates allow for varied cooking styles, while the 4-3/8"H backsplash and tapered side splashes help contain messes. Constructed from durable stainless steel, it includes a drip tray for easy cleanup and stands on 4" legs for stability. With a powerful output of 60,000 BTU, this unit is cETLus and ETL sanitation certified, and ships configured for natural gas with an LP conversion kit included.
