Vollrath CBGHD-24

The Vollrath CBGHD-24 is a heavy-duty gas charbroiler designed for countertop use, measuring 24"W x 32-3/8"D x 16-3/8"H. It features a versatile radiant or lava rock setup, with the lava kit available separately. Equipped with four burners spaced every 6 inches, this charbroiler ensures even heat distribution for optimal cooking results. The manual metal control knobs allow for precise flame adjustments, while the reversible grill plates offer flexibility in cooking styles. The unit includes a 4-3/8"H backsplash and tapered side splashes to contain splatter, along with a drip tray for easy cleanup. Constructed from welded stainless steel, it provides durability and ease of maintenance. The charbroiler stands on 4" legs and delivers a powerful output of 80,000 BTU. It is cETLus and ETL sanitation certified, and ships configured for natural gas with an LP conversion kit included.
