Description
The Vollrath CBGHD-36 is a heavy-duty gas charbroiler designed for countertop use, measuring 36"W x 32-3/8"D x 16-3/8"H. It features a versatile radiant or lava rock setup, with the lava kit available separately. Equipped with six burners spaced every 6 inches, this charbroiler allows for precise cooking control with manual metal control knobs and adjustable flame settings. The reversible grill plates enhance cooking flexibility, while the 4-3/8"H backsplash and tapered side splashes help contain messes. Constructed from welded stainless steel, it ensures durability and easy maintenance. The unit includes a drip tray for efficient grease management and stands on 4" legs for stability. With a powerful output of 120,000 BTU, it is cETLus and ETL sanitation certified, and ships configured for natural gas with an LP conversion kit included.
