Description
The Vollrath CBGHD-60 is a heavy-duty gas charbroiler designed for countertop use, measuring 60"W x 32-3/8"D x 16-3/8"H. It features a versatile radiant or lava rock setup, with the lava kit available separately. The unit is equipped with ten burners spaced every 6 inches, allowing for efficient heat distribution and cooking. Manual metal control knobs provide precise flame adjustments, while reversible grill plates enhance cooking flexibility.
The charbroiler includes a 4-3/8"H backsplash and tapered side splashes to contain splatter, along with two drip trays for easy cleanup. Constructed from welded stainless steel, it ensures durability and longevity. The adjustable flame setting allows for customized cooking temperatures, and the 4" legs provide stability. With a powerful output of 200,000 BTU, this charbroiler is cETLus and ETL sanitation certified, making it a reliable choice for commercial kitchens. It ships configured for natural gas but includes an LP conversion kit for added versatility.
