Description
The Vollrath CBGMD-12 is a medium-duty gas charbroiler designed for countertop use, measuring 12"W x 29-1/4"D x 15-1/4"H. It features a versatile radiant or lava rock setup, with the lava kit available separately. The unit is equipped with a single burner that delivers 40,000 BTU of cooking power, allowing for efficient grilling. The reversible grill plate enhances cooking flexibility, while the adjustable flame setting provides precise temperature control.
Constructed from durable stainless steel, the charbroiler includes a 3"H backsplash and tapered side splashes to contain splatter. It comes with a drip tray for easy cleanup and is supported by 4" legs for stability. The CBGMD-12 is cETLus and ETL sanitation certified, ensuring it meets industry standards. This model ships configured for natural gas but includes an LP conversion kit for added versatility.
