Description
The Vollrath CBGMD-24 is a medium-duty gas charbroiler designed for countertop use, measuring 24"W x 29-1/4"D x 15-1/4"H. This versatile unit features a radiant or lava rock setup, with the lava kit available separately. It is equipped with two burners spaced every 6 inches, providing efficient heat distribution. The reversible grill plates allow for varied cooking styles, while the 3-inch backsplash and tapered side splashes help contain messes.
Constructed from durable stainless steel, the charbroiler includes a drip tray for easy cleanup and adjustable flame settings for precise cooking control. With a powerful output of 80,000 BTU, it meets high-performance demands. The unit is supported by 4-inch legs for stability and is cETLus and ETL sanitation certified. It ships configured for natural gas but includes a conversion kit for LP gas.
