The Vollrath CBGMD-36 is a medium-duty gas charbroiler designed for countertop use, measuring 36"W x 29-1/4"D x 15-1/4"H. It features a versatile radiant or lava rock setup, with the lava kit available separately. The charbroiler is equipped with three burners spaced every 6 inches, providing efficient heat distribution and adjustable flame settings for precise cooking control.
Reversible grill plates enhance cooking flexibility, while the 3"H backsplash and tapered side splashes help contain messes. Constructed from durable stainless steel, it includes a drip tray for easy cleanup and is supported by 4" legs for stability. With a powerful output of 120,000 BTU, this unit is cETLus and ETL sanitation certified, ensuring safety and reliability.
