The Vollrath CBGMD-48 is a medium-duty gas charbroiler designed for countertop use, measuring 48"W x 29-1/4"D x 15-1/4"H. It features a versatile radiant or lava rock setup, with the lava kit available separately. The unit is equipped with four burners spaced every 6 inches, allowing for efficient heat distribution and cooking. Manual metal control knobs provide easy flame adjustment, while reversible grill plates offer flexibility for various cooking styles.
The charbroiler includes a 3-inch backsplash and tapered side splashes to contain splatter, along with two drip trays for easy cleanup. Constructed from durable stainless steel, it ensures longevity and easy maintenance. With an adjustable flame setting and 4-inch legs for stability, this unit delivers a powerful output of 160,000 BTU. It is cETLus and ETL sanitation certified, and ships configured for natural gas, with an LP conversion kit included for added convenience.
