Description
The Vollrath CBGMD-60 is a medium-duty gas charbroiler designed for countertop use, measuring 60"W x 29-1/4"D x 15-1/4"H. It features a versatile radiant or lava rock setup, with the lava kit available separately. Equipped with four burners spaced every 6 inches, this charbroiler allows for precise cooking control with manual metal control knobs and adjustable flame settings. The reversible grill plates provide flexibility for various cooking styles, while the 3"H backsplash and tapered side splashes help contain messes. It includes two drip trays for easy cleanup and is constructed from durable stainless steel for long-lasting performance. With a powerful output of 160,000 BTU, the unit is cETLus and ETL sanitation certified, ensuring safety and reliability. The charbroiler ships configured for natural gas but includes an LP conversion kit for added convenience. The 4" legs provide stability and ease of use in any kitchen environment.
