The Vollrath FC-6DV-36 Induction Hot Food Serving Counter features a FlexVent™ Versatile Slide-In design equipped with a Downdraft Vent System and integrated Fire Suppression. Constructed entirely from stainless steel, this unit is designed to be built into a custom serving counter (counter/cabinet not included). The self-contained system includes two removable stainless steel grease filters and two counter-mounted particulate charcoal filters, ensuring efficient ventilation and safety.
This model accommodates up to three pieces of countertop equipment with a maximum total wattage of 7200 watts, making it suitable for a variety of cooking appliances, including Vollrath induction units, griddles, sandwich presses, and fryers. A stainless steel three-position adjustable shelf allows for flexibility in appliance and cooking vessel heights.
