The Vollrath GGHDT-36 is a heavy-duty gas griddle designed for countertop use, featuring a spacious 36-inch cooking surface with a powerful output of 90,000 BTU. It is equipped with three stainless steel burners, strategically placed every 12 inches to deliver 30,000 BTU per section, ensuring even heat distribution for optimal cooking performance. The polished 1-inch thick cooking plate provides durability and excellent heat retention. Constructed with a stainless steel exterior, this griddle is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen. It includes a 4-3/8-inch backsplash and sloped side splash to contain spills and splatters. The unit is shipped set up for natural gas but comes with a conversion kit for propane, along with a regulator and gas valve for easy installation. Additional features include metal knobs with heavy-duty knob guards for enhanced durability, a drip tray for easy cleanup, and adjustable legs ranging from 4 to 5-1/2 inches to accommodate various countertop heights.
