The Vollrath GGHDT-60 is a heavy-duty gas griddle designed for countertop use, featuring a spacious 60-inch cooking surface with a powerful output of 150,000 BTU. It is equipped with five stainless steel burners, strategically placed every 12 inches, delivering 30,000 BTU per section for efficient cooking. The polished 1-inch thick cooking plate ensures even heat distribution and durability.
Constructed with a stainless steel exterior, this griddle includes a 4-3/8-inch backsplash and sloped side splash for added safety and cleanliness. It comes pre-set for natural gas but includes a conversion kit for propane, along with a regulator and gas valve for easy setup. The metal knobs are designed with heavy-duty guards for enhanced durability. Two drip trays are included for easy cleanup, and the adjustable legs range from 4 to 5-1/2 inches to accommodate various countertop heights. The unit is ETL and cETLus certified, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
